HOST TEAM

You will smile and greet our guests at the entrance. You will escort them to the gymnasium and let them know how and when dinner will be served.

FOOD SERVING TEAM

There are two options on the food serving team. 

Option 1: You can volunteer in the kitchen and plate food.

Option 2: You can serve plates to guests at tables. 

SET UP/CLEAN UP TEAM

The Set Up Team arrives at 4:15 pm to begin setting up tables and chairs, as well as dressing the tables.

The Clean Up Team cleans up trash, puts tables and chairs away, and sweeps any debrief off the floor. 

Yes! Simply sign up for the first date you would like to volunteer. When a Hope Hill team member contacts you, let him/her know you are interested in volunteering on a regular basis.

Yes! Make sure your buddy submits a Hope Hill Volunteer Request form too. 

We have a small staff and are working on incorporating more volunteer opportunities as our ministry grows. For this reason we only accept larger groups on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like your group to be considered for future opportunities, please email Jen at hopehilldayton@gmail.com. 

Children 12 years and older are welcome to volunteer with a parent.
